My name is Toby Gorniak MBE. I am a Roma man who came to the UK as a teenage refugee, penniless, homeless, and unable to speak a word of English. After facing daily violence in Europe due to my Roma heritage, I longed for someone—a good human, a positive role model, a mentor—to save me. But that never happened.

So, when I arrived in the UK, I made it my mission to save others and to be a good human.

For over two decades, I have dedicated myself to transforming lives, especially those of people who feel hopeless, live in trauma, poverty, have low aspirations, and struggle with mental health. Many of these individuals are now living their dream lives, graduating from top universities, becoming entrepreneurs, and embodying the values of being good humans.

I have received numerous accolades for my mentoring, life coaching, and giving back , including an MBE honour from the Queen. My mission for 2024 is to launch my Good Human Revolution globally, spreading my work and helping people discover their individual genius and exceed their expectations.

I now have a phenomenal PHD student at Coventry University who has been studying & researching my work for 3 years. Together we are developing my own theory of change: “The Gorniak Method”. Being welcomed into the academic world has been life changing for me & my community.

My life and all my work are based on the foundations of being a good human: respect, peace, love, unity, and having fun.
